Welcome to The Aless Boutique. When you choose to purchase our product you are subject to the following terms and conditions. We advise you to please read these conditions carefully prior to purchase, as once items have been bought, you are agreeing to abide with these.


Personal details – Any personal information that you provide to us will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Aless Boutique.


By subscribing to our enews/registering to be notified when a product is back in stock you are authorising us to send you communications.


All pricing worldwide is GBP. Aless Boutique reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.


Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product arrives damaged or is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with UK Post. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit.

Please enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been received and dispatched we cannot alter the address and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend.

If the product was marked with ‘pre-order’ your item will ship automatically when in stock and you will be sent tracking emails on the day of dispatch.

Either you or your representative, that is 18 years of age or older, must be present to receive your delivery. If no one is available to receive the delivery, our Shipping partners will leave a card for re-delivery. In certain cases a re-delivery fee may be applied to your order. Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damage, missing or incorrect items. In the event that there are missing, damaged or incorrect packages, please retain the item(s), and contact us on 01271 328 505 within 48 hours of receiving.


UK postage 3-5 days: £3.00


Maximum 10 business days for international delivery. £10 in Europe, £12 to the rest of the world


You will receive tracking information from the shipping provider. All tracking enquiries and estimated delivery times must go through the relevant freight provider for your country. The Beach People will not be able to track items on behalf of customers.


All products are checked prior to posting. Should a product be faulty Aless Boutique will replace the goods. We don’t exchange if it is simply a change of mind.


Orders received from within Europe but outside the United Kingdom will be shipped soon from our UK depot by Aless Boutique.


International Delivery Times will apply and are dependent on the country of delivery.


Customs charges may be applicable from time to time, as dictated by the governing bodies of that country. Customs charges are not covered in our shipping fees and, if incurred, are payable by the customer.


Offer cannot be combined with any other codes, promotions or discounts unless otherwise advertised. Limit one coupon per customer per transaction only. Offer applies to pre-tax merchandise only (excluding shipping charges).


All emails and any files transmitted with it are confidential and intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to whom they are addressed. If you have received an email in error please notify The Beach People at hello@thebeachpeople.com.au. Messages contain confidential information and are intended only for the individual named. If you are not the named addressee you should not disseminate, distribute or copy any e-mail not addressed to you.

Please notify the sender immediately by e-mail if you have received an e-mail by mistake and delete the e-mail from your system. If you are not the intended recipient you are notified that disclosing, copying, distributing or taking any action in reliance on the contents of this information is strictly prohibited.
